2025 Changes

HSHA is in the process of changing how money is collected for annual dues, resale packets, and additional forms. We hope to complete the transition by May 2025. Annual dues for 2025 will be collected by the new financial company. Please bear with us as we transition to the new company.

2024 HOA Dues
The 2024 HOA dues payment can be made by using the Square link, or mailed check. Payments made after March 15, 2024 will incur a late fee of $25.
2024 Dues
The Hillmeade Station Homeowners Association Inc. annual assessment for 2024 has been assessed per the approved budget. Assessment letters will be mailed to each member at the physical mailing address we have on file.
The annual assessments levied upon the households in the community are necessary to pay for maintenance, improvements, and services that maintain and support our lovely community and common grounds.
Please remit payment for annual dues promptly. Payments mailed must have a postmark of March 15, 2024 or earlier. After this date, a $25 late fee will apply. Payments may also be made online by selecting “Pay Dues” from the Links menu at the top of this website.
